Purpose: To work along with the HOA treasurer in advising the HOA board of the curent financial state and future planning.

Purpose: To organize formal and informal activities to enrich the lives of Bellefontaine residents and to notify the Website Committee of planned events.

Purpose: To formalize plans for disaster and other emergencies in the community and at The Bellefontaine to ensure the safety and security of the residents and facility

Purpose: To review current roof leases and future proposals to advise the HOA board of the feasability of these leases.

Purpose: To advise the HOA board of rule violations and to assist in the enforcement of rules that maintain the peace and enrich the security and safety of the building.

WEBSITE DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE:

Purpose: 1)To develop and maintain a website to facilitate formal communication between residents, board members, and our property manager; 2) to allow the HOA board to readily access important information to improve quality of life for Bellefontaine residents, and 3) to provide a blog for residents to express concerns and relay relevant information about community events.
